We are approved by Delphi and the leading provider of air conditioning maintenance, repair and replacement services for cars and light commercial vehicles in the area.

• Air conditioning service. The manufacturers recommend that the air conditioning system has a full service every two years. This includes the following;
  • Recover the gas in the system then fully re-charge with correct amount of gas
  • Replace receiver drier
  • Replace pollen filter
  • Apply anti-bacterial treatment
• Re-gas
  • Initially the system undergoes a vacuum test for leakage of air conditioning refrigerant gas. The refrigerant is then totally replaced with the correct amount of gas for your vehicle. Ultraviolet dye is added to the system to allow us to identify leaks. With older cars the air conditioning systems are filled with R12 refrigerant which is no longer available and so we offer a Retrofit which then allows the latest gas to be used.

• Deodorising
  • To remove unpleasant smells we can disinfect your air conditioning system killing bacteria and fungus.
• Air Con Repair
  • If your air conditioning is not as cold as it normally is or is not working at all then you may just have a small leak which can usually be repaired. It could be a more serious problem but rest assured that air conditioning faults are diagnosed and our charges are confirmed with the customer before we proceed with the repair or replacement.
• Common vehicle air conditioning problems include;
  • Cool air not being provided can be due to
    • Refrigerant leak from any part of the system
    • Compressor not working
    • Expansion valve fault
    • Receiver dryer blocked
  • Insufficient cool air being provided can be due to
    • Slow refrigerant leak
    • System needs filling with gas
    • Compressor clutch slip
    • Condenser blockage
